The Certified Associate in Project Management «CAPM» credential, established by the Project Management Institute (PMI.org),  is an entry-level certification for project practitioners. Designed for people with less hands-on project experience than PMP, the CAPM demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management.

This 4-day interactive course is intended for team members, new Project Managers and graduate and undergraduate students who wish to gain the PMI  (CAPM®) Certification.

• All about the five process groups: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control and Close
• All about the nine knowledge areas: Communication, Time, Cost, Scope, Integration, Human Resources, Risk, Quality and Procurement Management

• 2+2 day classroom training
• Web-based exam simulation X-AM – more than 1000 questions: Demo version
• 80…100 h of self-study at your personal pace
• Hotline to trainer and GAF office provides on-going support
• You get your personal copies of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK), Rita Mulcahy’s study book and the GAF PMP Exam Prep binder
• The Exam is a computer-based multiple-choice exam, 150 questions in 3 hours

Target Group
No-so-experienced project managers that want to demonstrate their commitment to project management, improve their ability to manage larger projects ... and stand out to potential employers. To apply for the CAPM, you need to have a secondary diploma (high school or global equivalent) and

• either at least 1500 hours project management experience
• or 23 hours of project management education (provided by this course)
