How come that some of my team members accept a new idea enthusiastically, whereas others react irritably and still others even angrily? Everybody heard the same words. This is due to the different perceptions and the diverse personalities of my team members. Therefore, aside from technical expertise, I foremost need persuasion and people skills to lead my team successfully.
