As a newly appointed manager you face challenging tasks towards your superiors and your employees. Now not only your expertise is in demand, but even more so, your skillfully implemented leadership competence.

This training shows tried-and-tested leadership methods, like for instance organizing yourself and others, setting priorities, giving orders, solving problems, taking decisions and communicating information.

Target Group
You have just assumed a leadership role and would like to get to know and learn to implement practice-related methods for leaders.
In order that you can personally profit as much as possible, the number of participants is limited to 8 persons. An early reservation is therefore recommendable.
