An ever-increasing number of companies realizes that project-based management is an effective – and certainly efficient – way to successfully implement company strategies. Professional project management in turn requires thorough understanding of methods, tools and standards, combined with your expertise and your experience.
This course is aimed at the advanced project manager and project team member who has already gained hands-on experience in leading and executing projects.

This course is aligned on and compatible with the international standard «Project Management Body of Knowledge» established by the Project Management Institute, PMI.org.
